PARTS REQUEST

Parts Request Notice

To submit a parts request, please have the following information ready:

  • Your Purchase Order (PO) number
  • Where you purchased the fire table (Retailer/Platform)
  • When it was purchased (Date)

⚠️ Important:

  • If the product was purchased over one year ago, it is not eligible for parts purchase directly through our warehouse.
  • Parts can only be requested for fire tables purchased directly from us or through one of our approved vendors or retailers.
  • Products bought from unauthorized sellers do not qualify for parts requests.
